Lots of people want the โ€œI work for myselfโ€ vibe & freedom but very few people are willing to get gritty, be honest about their deficits & areas of growth needed, & take massive personal responsibility to make it sustainable.

Here are some of what has allowed me to thrive in working for myself:

๐Ÿ–ค

Make sure you have support & get comfortable with boundaries that other people might not understand. Do it anyway.

๐Ÿ–ค

Admit where you need to grow & take massive accountability. Itโ€™s on you. Figure it out. Be humble, willing to learn, & committed to growth. If we let it tear us down and get butt hurt when we fail we will actually stunt our own growth.

๐Ÿ–ค

Know your gifts- and remember who gave them to you- for me that is key in operating in my strength but also embracing humility which is needed for growth. Confidence is built not always born.

You have strengths- lean in & use them for good in the world.
