Hope you are living your best summer life and remember to ENJOY each day while also prioritizing what matters most to you in your life and business. I am so grateful for these lessons and would gladly pay to have learned them earlier (they cost me a lot & may be costing you).
1. Everything feels hard & you won’t arrive:
Especially at the beginning and in seasons of change, imposter syndrome is just part of the entrepreneur life- you are doing new things so you will feel it.
Show up anyway.
2. Grit & DIY are necessary but might be stalling your growth:
They can get you off to a great start but if you want to evolve to the next level you must invest in upleveling before you feel ready.
3. Take yourself seriously or no one else will:
People will choose to hire you based on how you show up in your brand- invest in creating visuals and experience that match your expertise. I can help!
4. You teach people how to treat you:
Want more aligned clients? Show up seriously. Uplevel your client experience. Stop doing things you are resentful about (that is on you).Charge & show your value. You will lose people (they are not your people).
5. Clients buy confidence:
Confidence is a muscle you exercise. Do things you say you will do- no excuses. Try and adjust and try again. Set goals and pursue them.
If you don’t look confident in your brand you will not attract ideal clients.
6. Invest in mentorship:
You are your greatest resource and asset in your business. Invest in growth and get accountability and community.
7. Curate and choose your spaces carefully:
Don’t stay somewhere you have out grown because you feel guilty.
Create & Honor your boundaries (or no one else will).
8. Stop playing small:
Stop saying “I am just starting out” or treating your business like a hobby (UNLESS it is). You are just avoiding being seen and showing up. It is uncomfortable to put yourself out there-do it anyway.

What hits and what would you add?
Cheering you on, Roxanne
