cultivate sacred connections

I have been thinking a lot about what it means to cultivate sacred connections and this time in Sedona with friends of over 20 years was a filling for my heart & soul.

These women stretch and challenge me, they refine me, they make me laugh so hard my face hurts (& for real almost pee during a certain dancing video), they encourage me, they speak words of truth and grace over me, they forgive me, they celebrate me. And I pray I do the same for them- we keep showing up for one another through the mountaintops and the valleys because if you walk through life with people for this long you will see so many ups and downs but we keep showing up and reminding each other God is good.

We got to share life giving time hiking, eating really fabulous food and just being present to one another. I am so grateful to be known and to know others in this way & sunshine and dear friends is always so amazing.
