..it means to dance and two little girls who rode the dala dala, walked really really far (well, one was tied to my back), and waited patiently in town all morning for the results of the great license/court/corrupt police debacle of 2011 got matching shirts for their stellar efforts.

Pretty cute right? (skirts courtesy of Bibi.) And I got my license back without paying a bribe and without spending all day in court. And that; folks, is a miracle.
